Mission, Goal and Objections
The company provides consulting services in the field of designing and supervising construction projects to respect employers’ desires throughout a collaborative teamwork by members of the company. Our Consulting engineering services include master planning and design of residential, commercial, administrative and industrial complexes and factories, technical training, retrofitting of buildings, supervision of construction of projects.
Our aim is to present plans to raise the level of creativity of interior design and innovate in the design of buildings and provide better services for customers and the community. We try to use materials and techniques in our projects to create the best facilities in terms of energy and material costs.
To provide engineering and consulting services to employers, while adherence to legal requirements, the company imposed itself to fallow them:
. Adherence to the design and implementation of projects according to the relevant schedule
. Improving resources and infrastructure and applying effective management of them so that contractual obligations are properly fulfilled.
. Develop marketing policies and expand company activities.
. Implementation of projects in accordance with specifications, requirements and quality. agreed in contracts according to national and international standards in order to achieve and increase employers’ satisfaction.
. Continuous training of managers and colleagues and promoting the level of technical knowledge and knowledge related to the activities of the company.
. Pay special attention to the demands and conditions of the employer in order to increase the quality of engineering services and the comprehensive productivity of the projects being designed.
. Pay special attention to the selection of suitable materials in the construction and design of different parts of the project in order to increase the efficiency and durability of the building while considering the aesthetic qualities.

Mahmood is a professional and knowledgeable engineer and his main expertise is on designing structure of projects especially high rise buildings. He worked in Italy for 4 years designing and supervising construction of an industrial steel frame structure and machines for one of the man and biggest Iron foundry in Iran. He also is a professor of university teaching concrete and steel structure design of different types of buildings. Apart from engineering, one of his main passion is philosophy which he continuingly studied and contemplated about through his life.
Majid is an experienced and passionate about Culture, society and sustainability in relation to architecture who leads our department of architecture. He has much experience of designing new sustainable homes and educational buildings over 20 years and also worked as a construction manager for different private new house construction. He also has experience in teaching architecture over 15 years along with operating some research on traditional buildings in order to find some solution from cultural tradition toward employing them for modern and sustainable new building design solutions. Majid is certified as an EPC evaluator working professionally but additionally does carpentry and painting as hobbies. He designed and constructed different beautiful small furniture.
Zabi is a professional mechanical engineer near 30 years who is familiar with different heating, cooling and water provision and plumbing mechanical systems suitable for different types of buildings including low rise to high rise and private to public ones with different sizes and scales. He also worked as a contractor for different clients who executed and installed these systems. Zabi with his special experience and passion gifted comfort to our clients and provided relax and pleasure time for them while expending their time with their family, friends or colleagues.
Rezvan worked over 25 years as Workshop Supervisor manly for industrial projects and worked for different companies and contractors. He also mainly supervised structural construction of some high-rise buildings with concrete and steel frame design.
Samin is a qualified architect having much experience in interior design of new and remodeling homes and buildings. Her expertise is working closely with clients to improve the efficiency, comfort and beauty of their living spaces. She is also professional in working with some software creating 2&3D models for your dreams.
Ahmad is well experienced in different electrical systems and worked over 20 years on different types of small and big scale projects. His main expertise is on improving energy performance of a building through low amount of electricity usage and employment of renewable energy systems who can help any person to have economic, efficient and sustainable electrical systems for various purposes.
Maria is a qualified architect graduated as MSc. In architecture having much experience in designing new homes and remodeling providing professional 2&3D maps and view of future imagination. Her 20-years expertise is working on homes in order to create beautiful spaces whilst improving energy and sustainable performance specially through passive design solutions. Maria is passionate about protecting existing building and giving them another birth to be alive and usable for longer period and probably for different mission. She is also experienced in teaching architecture transmitting her knowledge and experience in architecture to students. Maria loves kneading, weaving and painting as her main hobbies.
Mohsen is highly qualified in architecture with MSc. In architecture and is well experienced designer in our team working on different projects over 20 years. His main expertise is in designing and supervising commercial, official and mixed-use buildings in various scales. He also designed and constructed some residential low rise and high rise buildings. Being professional in working with different software useful for design process, he is able to provide all necessary maps and designs in 2 & 3D.
Ali is original qualified in civil engineer but his main expertise, passion and experience is in Quantity surveying and cost estimation of any building’s construction. Ha also has experience in this job over 25 years and worked with different companies and on different projects in different scales
